At Pioneer Scent (https://pioneerscent.in/), customer satisfaction is important to us. We have a transparent and customer-friendly refund and return policy to help you shop with confidence.

Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped by our courier partner.

  • Once the order is shipped and an AWB / tracking number is generated, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • If cancellation is approved after shipment, courier and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Pioneer Scent reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns will be accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund.

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Tampered or Open Parcel

  • If you receive a tampered, damaged, or open box, do not accept the delivery.

  • Click clear photos of the parcel and write to us immediately.

  • If the parcel is accepted without reporting, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

Reporting a Damaged Product

  • You must write to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Photos of the damaged product

    • Reason for the complaint

After verification, we will either:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund

The decision to refund or replace will be at the sole discretion of Pioneer Scent.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • It may take 7–14 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.

General Terms

  • The website owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without prior notice.

  • All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction only.

  • Pioneer Scent reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
